This workshop will provide an introduction to:

  • CASA, especially as required for making ALMA simulations
  • The Observing Support Tool (simulations) and CASA simdata
  • The ALMA Observing Tool

Priority will be given to those who attended the Community Days in Manchester in December but were unable to fit in the hands-on sessions; however, if there is room, this event is open to anyone.  We can also arrange workshops at other institutes, please contact alma@jb.man.ac.uk for details.
